- Full Screening & Enclosure: The open deck was enclosed with sleek black aluminum screening, providing shade, airflow, and protection from bugs while preserving the view.
- New Ceiling & Lighting: A finished ceiling with recessed lighting and dual ceiling fans adds both comfort and style, ensuring usability in all seasons.
- Flooring & Railing Refresh: The deck flooring and railings were updated to complement the home’s modern exterior, creating a cohesive look from inside to out.
