This full main floor and bathroom remodel gave the home a refreshed, cohesive, and modern feel throughout the primary living spaces. The project focused on creating brighter, more functional rooms while maintaining a timeless aesthetic that complements the home’s character.


Before Renovation

The main floor featured traditional oak cabinetry, beige walls, and older finishes that made the space feel dated and enclosed. The kitchen had limited workspace and storage, and the dining area’s color palette felt dark and disconnected from the rest of the home. The bathroom, similarly, showed signs of age with outdated fixtures, tile, and finishes that no longer matched the homeowner’s taste or needs.


Scope of Work

This remodel included complete updates to the entire main floor including the kitchen, dining area, living room, and bathroom to achieve a consistent modern design throughout. Work included:

  • Full kitchen remodel with new cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, and updated appliances.

  • Fresh paint, trim, and lighting upgrades across the main floor to brighten and unify the spaces.

  • Dining room refinishing with coordinated wall treatments and trim details.

  • Complete bathroom renovation with a new vanity, fixtures, flooring, lighting, and tilework.

Updated plumbing and electrical systems as needed for functionality and efficiency.
